Great overall service from Aaron and very prompt with questions. Bought a new car a few years back and he explained Erie's New Auto Security coverage. Great thing he recommended that being added to my policy as my car was hit at the beginning of the year and totaled. The new auto security coverage added over $5,000 in value to the totaled car. Overall a very smooth process from Erie as the claim moved through the process.
Worst experience in my 20 yrs of paying for insurance was with this company. Less than a yr with them..prior insurance I was with since the day I started having insurance. Switched because I wanted Erie. And was told Aaron was a good agent. Some of the worst communication and customer skills I've came across. Could not get him to help with my claim at all hardly.
