Amanda - OT was the absolute best , biggest advocate and push my father needed while there. Caring , warm and persistent in the best way! The intake doctor, definitely not as good. Stopped a maintenance medication on a Friday - left my father without it all weekend since he couldn’t reach his doctor - one attempt at 4 on a Friday. I spent two weeks in rehab and only met compassion and care in every staff member! I I especially appreciated my own room and the 24 hour care I received. Each staff member is a VIP!!! PS And the food is delicious too! Thank you Osborn Community!
One of the worst rehabs in Westchester. Nursing care well below the basic standard. Staff rude incompetent and low class. Nothing gets done. Medication not given on time or at all. If you choose to put a vulnerable family member into this rehab make sure there is someone with them to advocate for them at all time or you are going to experience a complete nightmare. All the Osborne is, is a pretty building. Behind those walls is a nightmare.
