The Orthopedic Surgical Center, its surgeons and nursing staff are great! But the folks that they contract with to do their billing are the worst I have experienced. They do not provide an option to pay online. I don't like sending checks or my credit card info through the mail. When I have tried to call to pay over the phone, I have never gotten in touch with someone. I have to leave a message "to keep my place in line." I had surgery there yesterday. A spiral fracture in my left fibula. Never had surgery before even though 30+ years in construction I was nervous. The staff was so great and made me feel comfortable. Could not recommend Dr. Reichard more. I had a plate screwed to my bone. I was the last one there and the nurse Michael was great. He sat outside with me for half an hour making sure I got into my ride home safely.
