Unfortunately I felt the need to make this review after having OSM as my go to since a car accident I was involved in in 2002 & experiencing a freak injury to my lumbar around 2016/17 & received such good service & care for both of these by Dr. Pagliaro. Received treatment & thankfully issues resolved. This people are sad they cancel my appointment and call me 3 hrs before my appointment then they decided when is my next appointment ....I expected better .....I guess I will no longer go to u guys .....
I am sad to write this review but feel its absolutely necessary. Let me first start off by saying the physicians and clinical staff are outstanding. Doctor Martin and his medical assistant Jessica are wonderful and truly care about their patients. I "had" happily been with the practice for more than Twelve years, having had several surgeries and procedures. Did the mistake again went back and the nurse practitioner Sharon had the audacity to make comments where should I go or not go .Never going back again she should keep her comments to herself.
