Dr Afsari is excellent and deserves 5 stars. The Orthopedic Institute as a business is entirely different. Getting in touch with a physician's team is beyond difficult. Good luck if you're in a hurry for an appointment or a procedure when you must first convince an entry level receptionist to pass your message on to the team.
Very friendly and supported thru out my post op surgery always there to help with ant concerns.....
