No wait to see the doctor. Very thorough and kind. No rushing and answered all questions. The doctor even called me directly to answer a question a day after the appointment... never have I had a doctor do that... they always get nurses to do that. Very impressed. Very happy with his assistance.
This is honestly the Best orthodontist in Arcola Virginia! People there are so nice and they interact with their customers. In this work environment they do not treat people like customers because they treat them like family! One time I was not satisfied with the colors on my braces but they put me in the right away to go change them. This is truly an awesome orthodontist and I thank them so much. I would recommend this place to anyone because I’ve never had a bad moment with them.

Dr Kandil really took the time to explain to us and go over x-rays and treatment program for my son. He has a great wealth of knowledge for sports injuries and how to treat them. Very friendly and kind man as well as his office staff.
