Mayra at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. Wouldn’t take a loved one here.
Ithey called me yesterday to call set up appointment to come in nobody answering
The staff was very rude to say the least and Dr. Satterly would not listen to what I was telling him. I guess he didn’t read the notes because he didn’t know anything about my history, so I was trying to explain to him what I’ve been dealing with for the past 10 years. Instead of listening, he continued to disagree with me for about 6 minutes after he tried to diagnose me within the first 120 seconds of meeting me. They have taken very good care of me. I have been pleased with every aspect of my care. My doctor is Dr. Allard. He is great. His nurse Amy is great too. I highly recommend them if you want quality, personal care.
