Gary went in for his hip, but they changed the focus to his shoulder. Scheduled a procedure on his shoulder and was told to call for an appointment after. They will not answer their phone. We have called all hours for all days they are open. Apparently the office visit and xrays,etc. are just for money and not to help patients. Did I mention it's $1000 for an office visit? And we never saw a doctor. Now we have to start over and find another, though undoubtedly better, doctor.
This is by far the worst medical appointment I've ever experienced. I had a referral from my MD which meant nothing. The office had no sign, no number no names on the building. Took me 45 min asking around to find the place. Then saw a nurse who barely took a bunch of xrays and when I asked why I couldn't see Dr Solomon whom I had an appointment with she said "we screen patients here" they don't see the doctor, We don't treat your type of problem here. Easily the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. Unless you’re forced to go here because of your insurance, I highly recommend going anywhere else. The office staff ranged from oblivious to downright hostile. Appointment times mean absolutely nothing. If your appointment time is 9am, you will be lucky if you’re seen by 11am. And that’s only to be seen by a PA. You’ll wait even longer or won’t be seen by the actual doctor at all in some cases. Had hip replacement in October 2021. 2 weeks on a walker and two weeks on a cane after surgery. Everything has been great since then. Thank you all.
