Would give a zero rating if available. Had a fractured knee and dislocated toe. Was told to bring my x-ray and CT scan from the ER. Made the trip, picked them up, took them to my first appointment, only to be told they want to take their own. Doctor put my toe back in place after I requested, it was so painful. After back in place, great relief. Follow up visit, two hours wait, doc wanted me to start PT the next week. They never called to schedule, I called them, they never called back. Called to make an appt, was told Brownwood location was more than 2 months out, was offered Summerfield appt at a month out. Appt was scheduled, Insurance info was provided, given a date & time. Showed up for appt this AM (early) provided name & date of birth. Receptionist stated we have all your information but no appt. Are you sure its today? Yes, was put in calendar the date I made it. Well the Dr is here today but no appt. She calls office manager who only says we have all your info but no appt. I stated that Ive never b... read more
Dr. Vanderleur was kind. The wait wasn't terrible. However, Diana at the front desk was so rough. She wouldn't communicate with me, the daughter of my 87 year old dad. Although, he consented, as he couldn't stand long. We forgot the Power Attorney at home. My mistake. Diana was cold, her facial expressions say everything and she leaves you feeling less than. Then she hands a tablet that the elderly should know how to operate and fill out 15 minutes worth of documents. Not her fault, I'm sure clinic standard, no help was offe... read more
Rude from the front desk to the exam room. The medical assistants are kind, but the front desk staff is abrupt and harsh. The mid-level providers have zero compassion. You are treated like a number instead of a human being who is there to receive help.
