Dr. Vanderleur was kind. The wait wasn't terrible. However, Diana at the front desk was so rough. She wouldn't communicate with me, the daughter of my 87 year old dad. Although, he consented, as he couldn't stand long. We forgot the Power Attorney at home. My mistake. Diana was cold, her facial expressions say everything and she leaves you feeling less than. Appointments always on time, staff from check in to check out professional, courteous, and respectful. Thanks
Over two hour wait, front staff is rude. Room we were put in was dirty and someone else's chart was pulled up for ten mins before the nurse came in. Will not be bringing my mother back here. The staff talks to each other in the halls more than they see patients. Nothing was organized people in the hallway not knowing where to go. Not a good experience.
Leaving 1 star simply because I can't leave a content without 1. Called over 2 weeks ago to make an appointment. First ask if they take the insurance and excepting new patients, they answered yes to both. The appointment was set for this coming Monday. Took time off work, unpaid, arranged for a ride etc. Only to get a phone call today that as of June first they no longer take the insurance. They won't honor the appointment unless it's paid out of pocket. So not only has time been wasted waiting for said appointment but they ... read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. My brother is 18 and tore his ACL with severe nerve damge, we were referred to this place.. after a couple of weeks we were sent to shands for a follow up and they never sent over any of the MRI or paperwork. When we called to make sure they sent over the doctor said it was a clinical day.
