I would give 0 stars if I could. My brother is 18 and tore his ACL with severe nerve damge, we were referred to this place.. after a couple of weeks we were sent to shands for a follow up and they never sent over any of the MRI or paperwork. When we called to make sure they sent over the doctor said it was a clinical day.

I saw Katherine Heim for elbow pain. At my first appointment, I didn't see her until 2 hours after my appointment time and she spent 5 minutes with me and referred me to physical therapy. When physical therapy was not successful, I scheduled a follow-up appointment with her. At 30 minutes past my appointment time, I asked the desk for an update and was told she was running behind and it would be at least another 45 minutes before I saw her. I wanted to thank the entire physical therapy staff for taking care of me after having knee replacement surgery. I'm back to normal and can't thank them enough.

So impressed with the doctors and associates. They are very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. Dr Van De Leur was the best in that he took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions without rushing me.

Office told me I was pre-approved with my insurance. Then Billed My Insurance under Physical Therapist’s that never treated me. Now they are billing me $919.36 for the balance of what my Insurance won’t pay. Terrible office management!
