I had one of the poorest experiences I've ever had with a doctor today with Dr. Trent Wilson. I came in for shoulder pain. Dr. Wilson never once examined my shoulder or did any sort of diagnostic testing. All he did was ask me if I wanted a steroid shot for the pain. I left with absolutely no idea what is going on with my shoulder and I doctor who could not have cared less. Very disappointing.
I'll be honest, my first experience with this place was horrible, but as I am not an angsty reviewer I never came and reviewed them for that. I am reviewing them now because of the excellent work their patient service team did in addressing this issue after the fact. They were kind, courteous, and did everything in their power to make it right, including waiving my co-pay and providing my x ray CD free of charge. AMAZING! They have helped me so much! They are always friendly and helpful. The receptionist knows me on site and has helped me with all the scheduling and insurance issues . She is always so sweet and happy! . I can't say enough about them!
They seem nice! I don't know people pretend well! When I was explaining how badly my daughter use to stomp (like I know at young age kids have tantrums but this wasn't that this was way worse) he said that has nothing to do with it in a strong tone and as we was leaving they all was staring at us in a way I really found strange like they was ready to discuss us but not in a good way. Maybe I'm overreacting or not! I mean I did read up on how some things can stop growth etc etc. Maybe I read wrong info
