Overall my experience has been not the best but ok. Front desk is chaotic but that’s understandable seeing how many patients are there at once. Dr. Wilson has been good so far as well as the clinical staff in the back. My only issue has been from a back office staff member. Whomever called me back concerning copies of X-rays that I requested was rude and had a nasty attitude. No one seemed to understand my request that day so I just let it go. I had one of the poorest experiences I've ever had with a doctor today with Dr. Trent Wilson. I came in for shoulder pain. Dr. Wilson never once examined my shoulder or did any sort of diagnostic testing. All he did was ask me if I wanted a steroid shot for the pain. I left with absolutely no idea what is going on with my shoulder and I doctor who could not have cared less. Very disappointing.
I'll be honest, my first experience with this place was horrible, but as I am not an angsty reviewer I never came and reviewed them for that. I am reviewing them now because of the excellent work their patient service team did in addressing this issue after the fact. They were kind, courteous, and did everything in their power to make it right, including waiving my co-pay and providing my x ray CD free of charge. AMAZING! They have helped me so much! They are always friendly and helpful. The receptionist knows me on site and has helped me with all the scheduling and insurance issues . She is always so sweet and happy! . I can't say enough about them!
