Having to have surgery twice on my ankle within a 18 month time frame was extremely frustrating for me not to mention the excruciating pain that I had to endure. The scheduling process is a joke, and so is their office manager. I had my phone on speaker, and my husband heard the entire conversation. I was very polite when I explained that I had a paper referral. The receptionist told me she couldn’t schedule me unless my doctor’s office sent the referral directly or I physically brought it in first. Unfortunately, I’ve needed a lot of physical therapy over the past two years, and at other offices, I’ve always been told, “We’ll get you scheduled—just bring your referral with you.” Thi... read more
I had total hip replacement surgery and received physical therapy for seven weeks at TOC in Athens. My therapists were Cassie, Brad, Tim and Ethan. The therapy was very effective and helped with my recovery tremendously. They were knowledgeable and explained the exercises clearly and made certain I was performing the exercises correctly.
