The total bill to insurance is way too high for the service, because of this the out of pocket costs are outrageous.
Waited 45min past appt time. Still have not seen the Dr. Poor time management, over booking, I do not know. But if you are canceling appointments and charging a fee If patients are late. Patients should be reimbursed for having to wait.
Saw Dr.Palomino this morning for an ankle injury. He is serious but friendly, I feel like I'll get real answers and help here. I absolutely hate the outcome of today but I'm glad he found that it's more serious than I was previously told at another clinic. I don't have the time or money to do this twice, I'm confident he will decide the right treatment even if it means surgery. I have a follow up on monday, moment of truth.
