Dr. Jen is very nice and talented at what she does, but the office is a mess. They are not organized which made scheduling and working with them very difficult. They constantly would schedule an appointment and then call to reschedule the appointment, often rescheduling a single appointment numerous times. They forgot to order the next set of my aligners at one point causing a delay of over a month in my treatment. Dr. Smith came highly recommended from my boss. After meeting her, I could see why my boss would not stop raving about her. I have received nothing short of exceptional service and care from Dr. Smith and her team. They are VERY personable, professional, and thorough. Dr. Smith and the rest of The Orthodontic Studio Team are absolutely phenomenal. Her team stopped by our residential community with offers to educate our residents on services offered and immediately piqued my interest as I have extreme dental anxiety and had a really crooked smile.
