I went in for a consultation with Dr Smith and appreciated how friendly, kind, patient everyone was - particularly Dr Smith and Gisbel. I am immunocompromised and was so appreciative of both of them taking the precautions I requested to keep me safe during the appointment. It’s so rare for healthcare providers to do so these days. Highly recommend!
I probably should have left this review after a prior visit and not my recent visit. That prior visit took 2.5 hours with not one apology. Over 40 minutes after my scheduled time, I am still sitting in the waiting room. It could have been longer. but I was still in the waiting room when I looked at my phone after 40 minutes. When I finally get in a chair, the girl takes my wires out and then disappears for 30 minutes, as she is not the one that will be doing my tightening. I am just waiting with no explanation. I have tried on several occasions to get assistance with my account for treatment received by Dr Jen at The Orthodontic Studio. I have been unsuccessful, cannot get return calls or email follow up. I am beyond frustrated . I cannot utilize my dental insurance due to erroneous billing from The Orthodontic Studio.
A wonderful experience from start to finish. Office is peaceful and zen. Staff are helpful and friendly. Dr. Smith is excellent - Very happy with the orthodontic treatments for my three children.
Orthodontic studio has been great for my son’s braces. Responsive by text, flexible when there have been issues with brackets or retainers, and really worked with us on finding appointments that would fit our schedule. Highly recommend!!!!
