Cannot retain dentists. I went end of April and 1/2 the surgery wasn’t ready. Couldn’t do X-rays or photos. Records hadn’t been received from previous dentist as I requested. Returned a week later for X-Ray and still not ready. Wasting my time! Anyway , I now have pain in my jaw I want looked at and I just rang for an appointment and guess what… no dentists ! Not worth the trouble and I’m going to ditch my BUPA Loyalty now
Very disappointed with my experience at Bupa Dental. I had an appointment booked, and even received a confirmation and reminder message. But when I arrived at the clinic, the office was completely closed—no notice, no call, no email to inform me of any cancellation or closure. I took time out of my day to attend this appointment, only to find the doors shut. Extremely poor communication and very unprofessional. I expect better from a healthcare provider.
From speaking to the lovely Practice Manager Helen (who is VERY knowledgeable and helpful in every question I asked), to my easy dental experience with Dr Pavan and his gentle dental nurse, I can absolutely 100% recommend Bupa Dental Launceston!
so bad i was two appointments away frim getting my braces and the guy deciding he wanted to retire so wasted about 1000 dollars and now going somewhere else to have to do it all again
-Put on my braces in 2020 - took them off in 2022 Went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told They could fix my teeth for $7000 - he had to put my braces back on - took them off and then same result It's now 2024 and still the same result had to go to another dentist and get my teeth fixed 4 years of dealing with Dr Stan Thousand of dollars spend and absolute hell! Do not recommend at all
