Dr. Song and her staff are the best!!! Always pleasant, always professional, always on-time, and always working hard to accommodate your needs. Both my daughters have the most amazing smile because of Dr. Song and her staff. I would highly recommend The Orthodontics Center of Wayne and Dr. Song to anyone.
Dishonest. They told me that my insurance would not pay and that therefore I owed them $300. When I checked with the insurance the claim was still open and no determination had been made yet on whether to pay the claim. I guess Dr Song is so desperate for $300 that it's OK to lie to patients about the status of insurance claims. Dr. Song and her staff have been so amazing with my son! He has Autism and has limited communication skills and behaviors that can make treating him challenging. I’m glad to say he always has a successful visit due to the patience and professionalism of Dr. Song and her staff! Absolute top notch!! His teeth look amazing!! His transition has been so smooth!!
