Been a customer for almost 15 years. Today I've spent nearly an hour trying to RESET MY PASSWORD and as of now, the issue is till not resolved. This is not the same organization I was excited to work with all those years ago. I am looking to move to a different provider and I'd tread lightly if you are considering this as your background and drug testing partner.
Fantastic company to work with! I was looking for a background checking company where I could actually speak to a human. I am a small business and only needed 2 checks now, and very few in the future so not a large account but they treated me with the highest respect. If you're looking for a great company to do your checks for you, these guys are the best!
I've been working at The Orsus Group for close to a month now. I have over 16 years of experience in a similar compliance role. They have one job, background checks. Nearly a month lead time to get it done, FAILED to do so. Even with extra evidence provided, failed to complete their only job in a timely manor, resulting in not getting the job. Pathetic.
Terrible at background check. Will not pick up the phone to call employer to confirm employment and request help from the candidate. What are they being paid to even do?? Recommend another company that will actually work.
