This is a Ghost Kitchen concept, meaning online ordering for delivery or curbside pickup only. There's is no customer access to the inside. The food is prepared extremely well. The portions are large and seem to be high quality, especially for the modest prices when ordered outside of the "popular" apps (I recommend to order through Toast for no added platform fees).
