I had a great experience working with Dr. Craig Foster to get a mouthguard for snoring. The mouthguard itself is very comfortable to sleep with, and I noticed a difference almost immediately. I highly recommend Dr. Foster if you struggle with sleep apnea and snoring. He is amazing will have you sleeping restfully again. If you don’t like your CPAP machine and are looking for an alternative that works. This is your place.
Great alternative to CPAP machine. I recently started using the dental device called Serena Sleep based on Dr. Foster’s recommendation and I find it works well. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and compared with my CPAP machine, I’m getting similar results with the Serena, but without the airflow in my lungs and other uncomfortable features from the CPAP machine.
