Hello my name is Kim and I’ve been coming in to the Orlando institute of weight management and metabolic medicine for my free monthly visits!! I came in for my 5th free monthly visit today and I lost 4.4 pounds! I simply followed the program and made sure that I exercised enough times per week. I love how I’m able to come in for my free visits every month to get the accountability as well as to see my progress!
