I went in for an OIL CHANGE on Friday 8-1-2025. When I was meeting with the service advisor, she said that I needed a brake fluid flush and fill. I thought nothing of it until I got the bill. FIRST, why was I not advised of the cost for the brake fluid flush and fill up front? I should not have to ask!!! SECOND, why was it needed? Service experience has been great so far. Just bought a Sierra 2500 and needed some minor warranty items addressed. I also ordered accessories for my truck. The whole experience has been great! My service manager Jillian has been awesome and the parts department (Emery I believe is his name) has also been great he even remembered me from the week before that I had surgery and could not lift anything heavy so he offered to lift my bed mat in himself so I didn't have to and then even helped me unbox and roll it in! Wow what a terrible location for service. To start you are greeted by people staring at you like you are a bother. Then after scheduling an appointment and answering 100 questions she tells me she doesn’t have me in the system at all. So where did all the info I shared the day before go? This is the second time!!! The first time the internet was down and they wrote it all down and she never put it in the system. I will never give this place business!
Great overall experience. Stayed in contact when needed. No hidden expenses.
