Doug Cyril was service advisor. I brought my car in because the reverse camera and OnStar were not working. My advisor scheduled my appointment for a time when he had a loaner vehicle for my wife to use to get back and forth to work. He took the time needed and did not rush the technicians as they diagnosed or fixed the problem with the vehicle. Once the diagnosis was verified and the problem was confirmed, he notified me. This review is for my free first service. After leaving the dealership I noticed that all my tire pressures were at 30 psi. That seemed low to me because I keep them at 35 psi. I looked in the door jam and is says 35psi. So when I got home I increased them back to 35. Also I learned after my service the topping of the DEF is included up to 4 gallons.
