L87 engine seized due to the manufacturing defect, even though the engine took over 6 weeks to get in, Felipe in service was extremely helpful and did everything he could to keep us updated and eventually get us a loaner truck for the last week of the tahoe being in the service center. Felipe was great and we felt taken care of.
Would give zero stars if this page would let me. First of all went for a simple oil change on my Tahoe at 10 am, decided to wait there since I figured it wouldn’t take long for an oil change. WRONG!!! I was there all day, they didn’t take my truck in until they were about to close the service department for the day. No one came and checked on me all they were doing was just walking by me and laughing about what they were going to do when they got oof work and making fun of people that worked there.
