Very good service and products, got what I needed
This is the BEST place to buy a mattress. Conor met us at the door and showed us how the mattresses are made here in North Carolina. We took our time and tried several beds repeatedly and found just the right one. The price is RIGHT too!
I worked with John Barnett when I popped in the original mattress factory. He was great and knowledgeable about the mattresses in store to help me determine the type of mattress I was looking for.
My interaction with Original Mattress Factory staff in Durham and Raleigh was exceptional, from my first conversation with Connor the sales rep manager (who didn't behave at all like a "sales rep"), to Jordan the measurer, to Nick the manager, to Greg (Gary?), the first delivery person -- all were personable, authentic, kind professional.
