I would never buy from this company. My parents decided to purchase the mattress they tried in the show room even though they were not sure about it. They were told if they don't like it they can always exchange it. They have non instock in the store so they drove to Pittsburgh to pick up at the warehouse. The very first night & very first hour they laid on it, they said it was entirely to hard it felt like sleeping on a box spring, at one point they got up to look and make sure it was even a mattress. Should have went here FIRST! Wonderful experience, salesmen was knowledgeable, but wasn't pushy.

My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and adjustable base, we did research on line first and decided on The Original Mattress Factory and one other. When we arrived at The Original Mattress Factory we were pleasantly greeted by Mike, allowed to browse around and answered all our questions. We explained our wants in a new bed, he was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between the mattresses, allowing us to lay and try the mattresses as long as we wanted without hovering over us but near enough to answer q... read more

After searching and shopping for exactly what I wanted it was getting very frustrating due to pushy uneducated salesman, I stopped at The Original Mattress Factory in butler. Within a short time I realized I was at the right place. The salesman was interested in what my needs were and how he could fulfill them. Rather than a fake sales pitch.
