Happy with my experience with Michael and Jonathan at the Butler location theu were both pleasant and helpful during the purchasing process. Chris and Terrell who delivered the mattress were professional, efficient, and informative. Excited to sleep tonight.
I would never buy from this company. My parents decided to purchase the mattress they tried in the show room even though they were not sure about it. They were told if they don't like it they can always exchange it. They have non instock in the store so they drove to Pittsburgh to pick up at the warehouse. The very first night & very first hour they laid on it, they said it was entirely to hard it felt like sleeping on a box spring, at one point they got up to look and make sure it was even a mattress. Should have went here FIRST! Wonderful experience, salesmen was knowledgeable, but wasn't pushy.
My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and adjustable base, we did research on line first and decided on The Original Mattress Factory and one other. When we arrived at The Original Mattress Factory we were pleasantly greeted by Mike, allowed to browse around and answered all our questions.
