Wonderful experience here at the factory. Jay is the best store manager with whom I have ever had the pleasure of interacting. He took such good care of us, was super knowledgeable about everything, and he really took the time to get to know us and our needs. We ended up with the perfect mattress for us!
Russ at the Monaca location was excellent and very knowledgeable. Stayed late on a Sunday to answer all questions and complete our sale. Everything was delivered today and looks/feels great! Wonderful to work with
