CONSUMERS BEWARE CONSUMERS BEWARE -We purchased a King orthopedic ultra plush set - within a month we both absolutely hated the bed - awful back aches - upon calling store - we found they have a NO RETURN policy - but for a 25% return fee - plus a fee for them to pick it up, then we can return and then pay more for a different mattress. we'd end up spending ANOTHER $800. no consumer protection on this costly purchase - they wont budge a bit....

In response to Wayne H. I currently work for the Original Mattress Factory, and am sorry to hear about your experience. Are top of the line beds come with a 12 year warranty, and are middle of the road beds come with a 10 year warranty; our least expensive beds come with a one year, nine year pro-rated warranty, so your mattress is still under warranty and if you call our factory location we'll be more then happy to see if there is anything wrong with your mattress. I have made two purchases here and will make a third. I have bought both of my son's twin beds at this location. I find the store to be uninviting from the outside but I hope that people will give it a chance. When you first go in, the store appears tiny and made me uncomfortable. I was pleased to realize that they had exactly what I needed which was a cheaper twin bed. Once thing to keep in mind when buying mattresses is that you can haggle.
