I took my 80 yr old MIL here to get a adjusted bed and mattress! Patrick was our salesperson and he was outstanding! He wasn’t pushy at all. He explained everything to her and showed her how to use the remote ! He made the process very easy! He was very patient and kind !!
Stay far away. When we bought the mattress we explained we didn’t need a box spring because we had a slatted frame. The rep said we NEEDED a box spring under our serenity latex mattress. So we bought a box spring. It only takes 5 minutes of research and 6 months of an aching back to learn box springs under latex mattresses are definitely NOT advisable. I went to this store during the tax free week in Ohio and the first time I went I was upfront with the salesperson that I will not be buying a mattress today and I was really just browsing. He fully understood and gave me just a quick overview of the mattresses that I could select from, and tips on what to look for when choosing a mattress, and then he really just left me and my partner alone to try a bunch of the mattresses on our own.
