They sold me a VERY inferior mattress and when I called after sleeping on it for the 1st time they sent out a representative who tried to tell me there was nothing wrong even though his face turned beat red when he laid on the bed from the bed being so horribly bowed. His head was way lower than the rest of his body. They refused to take it back because we slept on it ONCE!!!! And wanted to sell us a newer one at a much higher price. I took my 80 yr old MIL here to get a adjusted bed and mattress! Patrick was our salesperson and he was outstanding! He wasn’t pushy at all. He explained everything to her and showed her how to use the remote ! He made the process very easy! He was very patient and kind !!
