The Original Mattress Factory sells exceptional merchandise and works hard for their consumer. Christina (Kenwood location) was direct in explaining our options, she was patient while we sampled the beds and when we asked for more information, she provided the pros of their locally-made beds and box springs. A little pricy and the sales man would not leave us alone to look and talk about the beds. Followed us around the entire time.
Scott at the store was fantastic the delivery people were great Product excellent
We walked in and he explained the difference between their mattresses and others. He didn't follow us around he let us test them he did point out the ones he thought we would like. We bought a mattress that evening. The best mattress ever!!! My back has stopped hurting since getting this mattress. 10 out of 10!! If your looking for a good comfortable quality mattress!!!
