My father purchased a mattress and box spring on 5/5/2025. He has not had a good nights sleep since he got it. I believe he did not receive the mattress he had laid on in the storm, he wanted a medium firm and the unit he has is hard. The website shows the model is now an "Oasis Luxury" yet the unit he received has an old "Classic Luxury Firm" tag. We needed a new mattress for our lake place and went back here as we'd had great experiences previously. The salesman --- (Jed, I believe it was) was chill yet informative, telling of us of his own personal experience, encouraging us to try out one of several mattresses that would fit our needs. My wife and I went to the Original Mattress Factory in Maplewood, MN several years ago and purchased a bed set. We recently visited them again to purchase a mattress, box spring and frame for our daughter. There was an issue with the bed frame. I called them to discuss the issue and they delivered a replacement bed frame the next morning. Thank you for the fantastic service! We will continue to shop here.
