I needed a new mattress and had visited a store that rhymes with "flattress flirm" and was wholly unimpressed, borderline discouraged. Then I went straight to the matress factory and met Jed. I purchased a set of mattress and box springs 4 years ago. Had a a issue, called them up, and they came out and evaluated the situation. They solved the problem immediately.
