My husband and I had a wonderful experience. I was dreading mattress shopping because you usually get harassed and followed around the store by sales people who don't even offer any useful information. This experience was totally the opposite. We have not actually purchased our leggett and Platt adjustable beds from here but had acquired them used & had left a message looking for help as one of our remotes quit. I was about to order replacements after diagnosing that the base worked aokay with the other remote. Lonnie called me back just as I was about to order($70.00ea. +tax/shipping) & had me go thru the unlock process & re-pairing it etc... & whala bed & remote working!!!
