We were disappointed with our past few bed in a box mattresses we had purchased online. We ended up going to the original mattress factory and purchased a mattress. It was a good experience with what we have felt to be a good quality mattress. Salesman Andy was nice, knowledgeable and gave great recommendations without being overbearing. He even helped load it onto the top of my truck on a below freezing day. Great Experience, Thank You!
We needed a solution for our small rv to replace the sleeping option. Looked everywhere at every outlets and online and we decided to try the Original Mattress Factory as we’ve liked anything we’ve gotten there. Sure enough they were able to customize two mattresses that fit what we needed, and they were done ahead of time too. Great customer service, the gentleman even helped load them into the camper. Highly recommend.
Terrible customer service at the Maplewood location!
My husband and I bought a mattress set 8 years ago and were very happy with the quality and service we got. Recently we decided to make another purchase from them .Big financial mistake . We bought a queen set for over a 1,400.00 dollars. The quality of this set was poor. **UPDATE: OMF sent their CSR out to us with a new mattress. They replaced the mattress that had been manufactured out of specs. The Original Mattress Factory decided to stand by its product. I wish we could give a lower rating. We have purchased several original mattress factory mattresses over the years and have been satisfied with them. That no longer is the case.
