I needed a new mattress and had visited a store that rhymes with "flattress flirm" and was wholly unimpressed, borderline discouraged. Then I went straight to the matress factory and met Jed. Boy howdy, what a difference. I could see in his eyes he immediately knew exactly what I was describing/wanting, and gave me more options than I thought were available....AND in my price range.
