Mr. Jonathan's demener did not change upon my request. He continued to show me the same attitude as he did previously, making my experince with the service genuine.

Be Warned: My Opinion - This is the worst choice one could make in a mattress. (Note: We are light weight people) We had purchased an ORTHOPEDIC LUXURY FIRM MATTRESS on 11/25/2022 - Delivery in early December. Today 02/19/2023; Quality is extremely very low and none existent, dipping appeared in about 30-45 days, (They charge for exchanges) waking up with more back pain than the mattress we had gotten rid of after 18yrs.
