Carl was an absolute gem. Way more comfortable buying experience than some other stores we went to.
This was our 3rd purchase. We have a tradition when our kids get to age 4 we graduate them to a big girl or big boy bed. Called earlier in the week. Spoke to a friendly associate. She found out old tickets in the system, gave me the price, and told me when I could come get it. Showed up days later and everything was ready. Could not have been easier. She was great. It's hard to keep people motivated and doing good work. OMF do your best to keep her! Her name started with a C, my apologies for not remembering her full name.
