We recently bought mattresses and box springs from them and absolutely love them. Our salesman Rick Brink at the River Hwy location was so knowledgeable about the product. Along the process we had an issue.  Rick directed us to the Charlotte main office where Kevin Furman handled the issue above and beyond our expectations.
