Chris is simply awesome. Outstanding customer service. I will buy all my mattresses from him.
If I could give zero stars I would. Be aware! What we got was not the same as what is in the showroom. They don’t stand behind their product! We immediately knew it wasn’t right and their answer is for us to take off work and drive to Marietta to cut open the mattress and prove that it’s made correctly. It’s a “pillow top” but unbearable to sleep on. We asked for the one in the showroom as a solution and they want a fee for that. I regret ever entering this business!
Brian went above and beyond to help my mom with the right mattress and and setup. My mom is recently widowed and has mobility issues that has made it difficult for her to get in her bed. She needed a lower mattress to replace her side of an adjustable set while avoiding the cost of getting a completely new king bed. The situation was a bit complicated and Brian was incredibly kind and patient with us to make sure that she got a comfortable new bed that fit with her current arrangement.
