Our helper today was Clayton. I loved how he throughly educated us about the mattress. I like to explore different scenarios and he was polite and answered ALL my “what if” questions. Such as, what if we wanted the separate adjustable bed mattress. What if we converted our Cal King Bed to King Size. I had many of these of only to reinforce the decision I made. Chris is simply awesome. Outstanding customer service. I will buy all my mattresses from him.
If I could give zero stars I would. Be aware! What we got was not the same as what is in the showroom. They don’t stand behind their product! We immediately knew it wasn’t right and their answer is for us to take off work and drive to Marietta to cut open the mattress and prove that it’s made correctly. It’s a “pillow top” but unbearable to sleep on. We asked for the one in the showroom as a solution and they want a fee for that. I regret ever entering this business!
