I had a fair but not great experience buying a mattress. The buying and delivery processes are not smooth and I had hiccups where there should have been none.
Sitting outside of this location and wanted some information. The employee working was condensing and negative. The ONLY reason I have this store two stars is because of their location and the showroom floor had wide aisles. Customer service was a -1!!! I sold mattresses for years in the 90’s and this experience was the worst ever! Thank God I had my service dog with me or I could have had a panic attack!!!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. BLUF: If you have an Original Mattress Factory mattress from an earlier time that you were satisfied with (for me that was 2002 and 2011) , you may not be happy with the product that you get today (for me that was 2020). MY STORY: I have purchased 3 mattresses from the OMF. First was in 2002 Orthopedic Luxury Firm D and it is a queen size. I use it for about 9 years and it hardly shows any wear.
