BLUF: If you have an Original Mattress Factory mattress from an earlier time that you were satisfied with (for me that was 2002 and 2011) , you may not be happy with the product that you get today (for me that was 2020). My husband and I were in the market for a new mattress and stopped by this location. The sales associate was great he educated us and helped us choose a very comfortable mattress. However, the mattress that was delivered feels absolutely NOTHING like the one we choose at the store. Its really hard and uncomfortable. Very friendly service. In and out in under 30 minutes.
I had a bed delivered and the driver ran over our well, the company took responsibility outright and made good on their promise to fix it. There are very few companies these days that are honest and responsible and this is one of them. Any mattresses I need in the future will be from them.
