I gave 2 stars due to the effort of trying to fix the issus. But when you get a product that is still not what I seen and felt in store is disheartening. I paid 1,750 dollars for an ortho ultra plush mattress. There is nothing plush about it. I would have been better off with one that was half the price. My family have bought from this company many multiple mattresses, first time I have been so disappointed.
Steve was awesome!!!! He provided me with great information as to what mattress to buy according to my back pain. His prices are unbeatable. I got a king size mattress 75% OFF I would recommend him to everyone.
