I purchased an orthopedic double side pillow top mattress 2 years ago. The store staff recommended placing stabilizer bars approximately 50% around the mattress. I started feeling mid back pain about 4 months ago. My spouse and I are sleep at the ends of the mattress. We flip the mattress as directed and as noted on the paper provided to us. Paid $1000 @ this store 2yrs ago.. Paid $500 @ Mattress Firm Outlet 5yrs ago... SAME MATTRESS TYPE... What's the result? --> $500 mattress from Mattress Firm is in better shape years later. Tip: if you buy from this store "Original Mattress Factory", make certain to take advantage of the warranty before the FIRST year is done. Because the "12 year warranty" they preach about is really nothing.. you'll be stuck with a lemon

Our recent visit to this store was incredibly disappointing due to the behavior of an employee named Thomas Laney. Upon entering, there was no staff present at the front. My daughter urgently needed to use the restroom, so my wife walked with her toward the back, calling out to see if anyone was around.
