December 2024, The Original Mattress Factory, located at North Hamilton Road in Gahanna, Ohio. The store manager, Travis, is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their products are well-built, well-made, and very comfortable. We have been loyal customers for years, and I highly recommend them. I recently purchased a new bed and mattress, and I couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort. Additionally the communicate delivery well, and the, install team was exceptional.

We had a great experience at Original Mattress Factory tonight. Our salesperson Travis was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our selection. They had a good selection of mattresses to try. We have been getting mattresses here for years and have always been satisfied with their products. They have regular mattresses, memory foam, and adjustable beds. Delivery and set up is reasonable and they will haul away your old mattress for a small fee. Try them out and ask for Travis!

They have a wide selection of mattresses made right here in Columbus. Very friendly salespeople. Easy to understand system of classifying beds from firm to soft. Most can be flipped over which preserves mattress lifespan. Plus, the one year guarantee!
