I had to get rid of a mattress set I had for about 15 years due to pest issues. Had heard about OMF thru ads and visited the business. Felt very comfy with the store manager Rick who guided me through how their product is made and pricing. Bought a new mattress set and am VERY happy I did. Delivery was very efficient. Highly recommend to anyone in the market for new bedding
Do not bye from them. There 10 year is a lie. I have a mattress. I got from them in 2019. I have a spring coming up. So I called them They want me to pay 30% to replace the mattress.
Got my bed 10 years ago still looks like new. I don't like going on vacations because I miss my comfortable bed . They still send me text to rotate it love that
The entire process from the initial shopping for a new mattress set to delivery and set up was excellent. Rick, the salesman in the Grandview store was helpful, patient. He gave me quite an education. He made selecting the mattress less stressful and wanted to ensure I got the one best suited to my needs. The communication prior to delivery was smooth. We came in on a Saturday and we met a Rick Flynn. He was extremely helpful in explaining what to look for in a bed, the pros and cons of getting an adjustable bed frame, and how to care for the mattress to extend its life. I would recommend coming to this store to everyone that is looking for a mattress.
