After 6+ years on a $200 Ikea mattress (not a great choice), our backs decided we needed a higher quality mattress. We looked at some options that I was interested in until I saw the prices. (Sleep #, Purple grid, waveless tube water) Knowing the reputation of the Original Mattress Factory, we stopped in a couple weekends ago. We were met by Ray, who is just awesome. Very rude and condescending sales people, in all three stores I visited. But I didn't go there for the people, that notwithstanding, the ultra firm mattress l purchased is the best ever!
