Bought a few mattresses, and several pillows over the years from them. Bought two more for our RV right after Christmas and my wife informed me I bought the wrong thickness so I attempted to take one back in the unopened package to exchange it when I was back in town (I was keeping the other for myself), and was looking to buy additional pillows while I was there. The prices were NOT what the TV commercials implied they would be and the staff was horrible.

We bought a king size mattress, by the second year of owning it both sides have completely sunk in, it’s even noticeable just looking at it. It was very comfortable when we first purchased it, now I am waking up daily with a sore back. We spent a good amount of money on this mattress and now we are going to have to buy another one. This time we will visit a name brand store instead!
