I went to the Original Mattress Factory in Springfield, Ohio. Chet Robert was great. He answered all my questions and made suggestions based on my needs. This was the 4th time we bought mattresses at that location. I definitely recommend for everyone to buy mattresses there. They are 2 sided mattresses. The place that sells one sided mattresses are just giving you less for your money!!

Bought a few mattresses, and several pillows over the years from them. Bought two more for our RV right after Christmas and my wife informed me I bought the wrong thickness so I attempted to take one back in the unopened package to exchange it when I was back in town (I was keeping the other for myself), and was looking to buy additional pillows while I was there. I was told it was “in my house” and they wouldn’t exchange it. For a $70 pillow?! Made me feel like live in filth. I’ll take my business elsewhere from now on. So ... read more
