Paul was my salesman at the Norcross location. The prices are clearly posted for each item. The prices are also shown on the OMF website. No pressure, no bait & switch. Paul answered all my questions. I narrowed it down to 4 choices. Stretched out on each of them and made my final choice. Arranged delivery at a time that worked well for me. No frills - great mattresses at great prices
Straight talk from staff, and clear product info on their mattresses that makes it easy to see what you're getting at each price point. Almost bought a mattress elsewhere that seemed nice & cheap.... but realized it was only single-sided. Bought a better-made 2-sided mattress here at OMF for only $30 more.
