We came into Mattress Firm in search of a mattress for my sister who has a traumatic brain injury. Reginald was so patient and kind to us both. He took his time and was very knowledgeable. He didn’t rush my sister and recommended that she lay on the mattress and pick the one that felt good to her. His customer service was excellent!!! I will recommend Mattress Firm to others in search for a mattress.
