We had a great experience with Kendrick and Trent at Mattress Warehouse! We told him what we were looking for, and the very first bed he showed us was perfect—it ended up being the one we bought. He really listened to our story, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made us feel taken care of. His customer service was top-notch—friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend working with Kendrick and Trent!
Told me there was no such thing as a California king adjustable bed! What an arrogant sales person. Also said I couldn’t get delivery for 3 weeks. This person was way off base and should be selling used cars. There are far too many mattress businesses for anyone to be treated this way. Unfortunate as I really wanted a Carolina made mattress.
