We love our mattress!! I heard about The Original Mattress Factory for a few years on the radio. When it came time for my new husband and I to purchase our first mattress together, this was the first place we went. We were pleased with the service and expertise of the employees, and are very happy with the purchase we made.
Mattress Factory we bought our mattress here after a week or two of researching and comparison shopping. i was happy with the salesman. he knew his stuff but wasn't pushy. we got to see how the mattresses are made and exactly what went into them. he helped us choose the best mattress for our needs and the price was much less than some of the other stores we went to. we are very happy with our mattress purchase and plan to buy another set there in the near future.
Our Mattress Go-To We always buy our mattresses at the Original Mattress Factory. They have a fabulous exchange policy; if youre not satisfied, they will work with you until you are. The sales staff is very knowledgeable but no-pressure. We were pleased with the delivery and set up of our beds. They last a long time and are made well. I feel confident that we are getting value for our money. We've bought 4 so far and are very happy with them!
Just like the commercials The Original Mattress Factory commercials promise that they offer quality at low prices by eliminating the middle man. They also promise that you will be able to see how the mattresses are made. The store really does accomplish these goals. The Original Mattress Factory The salesperson took his time and reviewed all information about each different type of mattress with us. He encouraged us to shop around. We never felt pressure to make a decision or buy from him. We ended up shopping around at a number of stores after here and returned to purchase our new mattress from this store. They were very helpful with set-up and delivery and send a reminder quarterly via email when it is time to flip our mattress.
Good price We purchased our bed from Original Mattress Factory. The prices were much less expensive than other stores in the area. They mattress was delivered within a couple of days to our satisfaction.
How a mattress is made If you've ever wondered how a mattress is made, stop by the Original Mattress Factory. They have "peel back" samples that show the coils, the padding, and all the layers. When you see what the individual layers do, you'll understand why one mattress is more comfortable, soft, or firm than another. I will definitely buy from them when I need a new mattress. Appreciated seeing for myself.
CONSUMERS BEWARE CONSUMERS BEWARE -We purchased a King orthopedic ultra plush set - within a month we both absolutely hated the bed - awful back aches - upon calling store - we found they have a NO RETURN policy - but for a 25% return fee - plus a fee for them to pick it up, then we can return and then pay more for a different mattress. we'd end up spending ANOTHER $800. no consumer protection on this costly purchase - they wont budge a bit....
I have made two purchases here and will make a third. I have bought both of my son's twin beds at this location. I find the store to be uninviting from the outside but I hope that people will give it a chance. When you first go in, the store appears tiny and made me uncomfortable.
