Never buy anything there! – I regret ever stepping foot in this store! We purchased all of our kitchen appliances from this store. Their prices were good, BUT we have had nothing but problems since. The service department is rude and did not have the knowledge to fix our problem. The manager is completely incompetent and not helpful at all. I would NEVER buy anything from them again! Spend the few extra dollars and buy from ANYWHERE but them!

best ever – The Original Lakes Appliance & TV is back. They were the best in the 80's and 90's and still the best. I had an installation nitemare in my old house and they were able to fix everything and install new cooktop and dishwasher. Great guys

bad – i bought a refrigerator and am still waiting for the all the parts a month later, and am getting no help from the so called sales staff.

Worst Appliance Place Anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – I would definitely not buy another product from this store. I bought a brand new product from them and it turns out the distributor sent me a used product. When I complained to Lakes they gaveme the run around and took no responsibility. Buy at your own risk.
