RecommendedWe ordered an extra wide shower door and it is perfect. The shipping crate was packed to protect our valuable glass. The installation instructions were concise and easy to follow. Everything went like clockwork. The staff was easy to work with and very helpful with every aspect from order to shipping to install.
Ordered several doors form them - my most recent order has been a nightmare. They made a manufacturing mistake on 1 panel and sent another panel that was scratched. its been weeks and weeks on end trying to get the parts replaced. They said they would expedite the order and they have been delaying the process unnecessarily. Today i got news they now intended to replace the panel that was manufactured incorrectly and get this.... they are trying to bilk me out of another $575 for the other that was scratched. This company is doing "bait and switch". They gave us one quote and we gave them all the measurements and told them that we only wanted "white clear glass" and not green glass. The owner / or manager Michael said that it is called "low iron glass". He said that the white low iron glass is included in the quote. I specifically asked him multiple times if they are a company that does bait and switch, because then he would be wasting our and his time, and he promised us that they don't operate their business like this. The installation instructions were very confusing and kept referencing a video. After searching for an installation video on their website we eventually found one on Vimeo. There was no link anywhere On the website or in the instructions to get to this video. After watching the only installation video on this site it didn’t show us how to install the shower we had (with a header). We called the company twice and I even sent a FB message. I would not recommend ordering from this company. We ordered from them as a vendor recommended by Floor and Decor, a tile company that we trust. They tout exceptionally better prices, but this is actually not the case. They also tout exceptionally easy installation, but this is not the case as well. My husband remodeled our entire house, so is quite skilled and strong. He and 3 other strong men carried the glass upstairs to install in our shower. They drilled the hole for our shower on the wrong side and won't fix it. I'm so disappointed.
