This is the 3rd vehicle I have had to the shop and for anyone looking for a tranny shop or just a shop to look your vehicle over these guys are the ones you want to check it out. If I had let Josh look the car over first I would have avoided the fix's required but I didn't and it needs some work and I would NOT trust any work on my car to anyone else I live in Forestville and drive all the way to West Seneca for all my car repairs. I am a long time customer of Continental Transmission of the West Seneca location. In the twenty plus years of having my cars serviced, know one and I mean know one has ever treated me or my wife with the best of care putting our concerns at ease. Not only do they have a vast knowledge within there industry, these guys really stand behind their product/service and go out of their way to such lengths that we almost feel like family. The service really is that good!
poor customer service – I am very dissatisfied with customer service. I do not feel they cared about me after they got the sale . Another disappointing fact is I party went with continental because they had 3 locations which they advertise on their site. I assumed they all covered the warranty from each location . I was incorrect by that. I moved far away from this location so now I have to drive to this one for any type of service . Trust me when I say there are a lot of better transmission shops around .
