We used to love this place. Called a week ago to order $70 worth of food for pick up. I paid over the phone. I rcvd confirmation of pmt on my phone and the lady confirmed the pmt cleared. Hubby arrived to get the food. Some guy insisting we didn't pay demanding to pay again. Hubby showed him it processed through the bank but he demanded pmt. Smellt like they had a sewage leak, table and floors and restrooms along with soda fountain drink machine was dirty, and nasty. Had to wait over 45 minutes for our half pepperoni and half cheese 16" family pizza that we found a hair in and noticed only one worker making the food was wearing gloves, during our wait time we also noticed one worker used the restroom and return to making food and didn't wash his hands or wear gloves when returning to the kitchen area, TV in lobby was playing a show that the volume was way to lou... read more
