It was such a pleasure dealing with this company. Tammy was super nice when I called last week! Even though they couldn't make it out that day, she tried to talk me through what was going on with my mother's toilet, I could really tell she cared. Once they arrived, they figured out very quickly what the issue was. They were both really kind, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I would definitely call them again! Thank you again Tammy & David for helping me & my mom out like you did! :)
David and Tammy are awesome. They came on an emergency Saturday morning. Very professional and two awesome individuals. Did a great job.
David & Tammy were excellent in evaluating the condition of our water heater and providing us with options to replace it. David was also determined to fix a leaking toilet connection and did not give up until he found the right washer to resolve the issue. They are thorough, knowledgeable, professional and reasonable.
