Warning………do not do business with this company. I am posting this review out of sheer desperation. The Original Box Sash Window Company installed a simple casement window in my kitchen back in April 2025. As you can see from the photographs, the window has not been fitted correctly or even finished. The top hinges and part of the stay are held in place with only one screw, and a secondary window lock has had to be fitted on the centre beam of the window in order to secure the window in a closed position and prevent rain comi... read more
