Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service and Lack of Professionalism I called the shop at 2:00 PM to ask if there were any appointments available that day. I was told they could take me at 4:00 PM, and I confirmed the appointment. I arrived on time for the appointment, but no one greeted me upon entering. In fact, one of the barbers looked directly at me and said, “You better have an appointment.” I politely confirmed that I did and gave him my name. About two minutes later, two chairs opened up. Needed a beard trim and found the Original Barbershop. Gabriel was ready on time and went right to it. Did an amazing job. I wasn't sure it was going to go well as I'm old and this is a bunch of young trendy people. However he was amazing. I'd recommend this place to anyone. It's spotless, busy and has great parking options. You can trust them with your hair and beard regardless of the length.
