My mom and I went here for the foot reflexology and had a great experience. Both massage therapists were excellent!
I appreciate them being able to take us in last second. I didn't enjoy the massage as much as I would have liked. The pressure was great. They accommodated my spouse and I which is the reason for the 2 stars. They did compressions for a grand standing almost 20 minutes, it's supposed to be a deep tissue. Compressions are important but not for nearly 20 minutes out of a 50 minute massage. We barely got any REAL hands on time with lotion. It’s rare that i write bad reviews for any business, but wow was the massage i just received today absolutely terrible. Worst massage ever. I’m a licensed massage therapist myself for 4 years now and this is way below the standard of what an actual massage is. My wife and I still tipped them well because that’s just who we are, but they didn’t deserve a tip really. I walked in and immediately a customer was complaining about an associate booking her an appointment yesterday and wasnt even working today. I felt bad. There were only 2 ladies working that day. When I asked to get a massage for 2 they said it'd be better if we come back later or book an appointment 🤔. Yeah idk. A friend suggested this place and that we didnt need to book an appointment.
